Edward Keith Stoddard Jr. really likes his PlayStation 3 (PS3). So much, in fact, that if you were to touch it, he may just kill you. Such was the fate of his neighbor, Douglas F. Abrams, who Stoddard suspected of stealing his PS3.

Police reports say that during an argument over the missing console late Wednesday night, Stoddard shot Abrams, fatally wounding him. After police showed up on the scene, Stoddard surrendered and is now in Land O’Lakes jail in Dade County, Florida.

Love your console, people. Just don’t get jealous if it drops by the neighbors’ house for some tea.

I was strolling around doing my usual rounds of returning comments for my personal site last night and I crept up on these videos. The beef started off when Lady Rap was hating on Jai Tease’s video for Predator Stokes online version of American Idol. It’s so irrelevant to me that I forgot the name of the constest but anyway Lady Rap’s entourage got at Jai Tease on myspace and youtube talking mad stuff. Then next you know she uploaded a video taking shots at Jai Tease. Jai Tease responded and the new beef of the century emerged onto the scene. Someone get the caskets ready and prep for Youtube press releases stating that the YouTube rapstars have killed each other in another senseless act of violence. [Cue the sarcastic side eye glance]

Lindsay Lohan is thinking about volunteering her time as a missionary. According to her dad, Michael, the rehabbed actress is going to work with Times Square Church Missions. “She has made it clear she definitely wants to come along,” says Michael. “Our trip next February encompasses the issue of child sexual slavery in India. We also deal with helping AIDS victims.”
Michael, an ex-con-turned-youth minister, says she is also considering other international missions. “Lindsay’s very spiritual. She has a wonderful heart, loves people and is very charitable.”

Atlanta police are searching for a gunman who shot a man twice inside of Compound Night Club this morning (April 18).

The shooting happened during a “Hot on the Runway” fashion show, which was sponsored by popular Hip-Hop station Hot 107.9.

Celebrities like Mario, Ashanti, Young Berg, Ray J, Lil Scrappy, Diamond had performed or were present during the evening, in what was described as a successful event, until the shots rang out, long after the fashion show had ended.

According to police, a 22-year-old man was sitting on a couch near the club’s bar in the terrace area, when an unknown assailant shot him twice in the abdomen.

“I heard four pops and was out of the VIP area and saw people running,” an eyewitness told AllHipHop.com. “The way the venue is set up, there is a backroom. And the people in the backroom had no idea what was happening because the music was so loud. Immediately after that I saw people running out of the venue. Security came in and informed everyone what happened and they evacuated the building.”

The man who was shot was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was treated for gunshot wounds and is in serious condition.

Police said there was no altercation before the gunfire and that witnesses only heard gunshots, they did not see a weapon or the shooter running.

Police also said that witnesses were not being cooperative.

At press time there are no suspects.

Joe Sandoval said. After he ran out of the store, police were called and the 19-year-old was arrested at his home.

His girlfriend told police that they had been arguing about the upbringing of their son and which gang he should belong to. The teen mother, who is black, is a member of the Crips. Manzanares is Hispanic and belongs to the Westside Ballers gang, [a source] said.
